“Shanghai International Shipping Forum 2010”, jointly organized by Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China, Shanghai Municipal People's Government, will be convened on March 24th to March 26th, 2010 in Shanghai China, with the aim of Maritime Clustering In Globalization Era. A shipping center will boost the development of marine industry, International trade and allocation of resources. So will China. On March 25, 2009, the State Council of China promulgated the Proposals for Promoting Modern Services and Advanced Manufacturing Industries and Building International Financial and ShippingCenters in Shanghai, which will significantly upgrade China’s Modernization Construction.
