Log In Problems

I continue to receive the message "The email and password combination you entered is not valid"

Suggestion/Solution

Please make sure that you enter in your entire login name when logging in along with your password. Also, please check to see that the "Caps Lock" key is not engaged. If this does not work please follow the steps below to retrieve your password.

I forgot my Password, How can I retrieve it?

Suggestion/Solution

To retrieve your password please click on the following link and your password will be emailed to you immediately. http://www.rightsite.asia/User/ForgotPassword

If you no longer have access to the email address you signed up with please contact RightSite customer service.

I am continuously being routed back to the log in page after I put in my login name and password.

Suggestion/Solution

Please make sure that you enter in your entire login name when logging in.

If you continue to get directed back to the Log In screen after attempting to log in with the correct login name and password, this may be a result of the security settings on your computer.

Make sure that your web browser is set to accept cookies so that you may login to RightSite. To enable your cookies, please consult the instructions for your web browser.

Edit User Profile/Company Record

How do I edit my profile?

Suggestion/Solution

To edit your RightSite profile (email address, login name, login password and contact information):

1. Log in to www.rightsite.asia and select the "My RightSite" tab.

2. Click the "My Account" tab or the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.

3. Click the "Change" link next to the information you wish to update.

4. Update the necessary information and click "Update" to save your changes.

How do I update my company information?

Suggestion/Solution

1. Log in to www.rightsite.asia and select the "MyRightSite" tab.

2. Click the "My Account" tab or the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.

3. Click the "Change" link next to your Company Information.

4. Search for your Company or Create a new one if your company is not found by clicking the link "click here to add a new company".

5. Enter your Company Information and click "Continue"

Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the updated information to reflect on the "My Account" page.

 

Edit Your Listing

How do I edit my existing listing?

Suggestion/Solution

If you would like to edit any property information on an existing listing, simply visit our site at www.rightsite.asia and follow these instructions:

1. Click on "My RightSite" and if necessary, log in with your login name and password

2. Click on the "My Listings" tab

3. Locate the listing that needs to be updated and click on the "Edit" button

4. From the Management Center, click "Edit Property" or if a Lease Listing click "Add/Edit Spaces"

5. Make any necessary changes to your listing and click "Next"

Any changes you make will automatically reflect on your listings.

 

Update the Status of Your Listing

How do I update the status of my listing?

Suggestion/Solution

To change the status of your listing, simply visit the RightSite web site at www.rightsite.asia:

1. Click on "My RightSite"

2. Click on the "My Listings" tab

3. Locate the listing that needs to be updated and click on the "Edit" button

4. Select the new status from the drop down and click "Save".

The status of your listing will automatically be updated.

 

Adding Graphics or Attachments

How do I add a photo or attachment to my listing?

Suggestion/Solution

At this stage, RightSite does not allow uploading of photos or graphics to the site. The company plans to add this option soon.

 

Search Properties

I’m searching and I’m unable to retrieve any results.

Suggestion/Solution

We suggest starting with a broad search to get maximum results and then if necessary, narrowing your search by adding additional criteria. To do a broad search, please visit our site at www.rightsite.asia and follow these instructions:

1. Click "Search Properties" and, if necessary, log in with your login name and password

2. Select the Property Type

3. Select the Location

4. Leave all other fields blank and click "Search"

Can I search by property address?

Suggestion/Solution

If you are interested in searching for a particular listing according to the property address, we suggest conducting an Advanced search. To conduct an Advanced Search, please visit our site at www.rightsite.asia and follow these instructions:

1. Click "Search Properties" and if necessary, log in with your login name and password

2. Select the Advanced Search

3. Locate the Property Address field and enter the listing address
